Asia had the profoundest of effects on Stephanie. There she found peace, energy, inspiration and a healing in body, mind and soul. Her romance with Asia has strengthened in recent years with familial roots in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas.

Yoga at sunrise on the wooden pier of the dream island resort ‘Song Saa’ in Cambodia followed by a delicious breakfast by the sea.
Culinary highlight:
Candle light dinner at "Benz's", a tiny Thai gourmet restaurant belonging to the fantastic Eco Luxury Resort ‘Soneva Kiri’. Watch the twilight casts a beautiful glow on the waters as your boat navigates the mangroves to get to this gem.
A perfect day:
Cycling around Luang Prabang’s beautiful temples with PRANA’s fantastic guide Vanpenh; enjoying a fine glass of wine on an exclusive sunset cruise on the mighty Mekong followed by an authentic dinner with a Laotian family in their garden.
End the day by bedding down in the luxurious ‘Amantaka’ where sweet dreams are surely guaranteed!
